Question about English (US)

I wrote a short essay. I would be happy if you correct my essay:->

I don't want to change anything. When we want to replace something about ourselves, the desire would be caused by the comparison with others, the envy of others, or the hope of taking our faults away. However, I believe that our characteristics, as they are, can't be copied, and there is no alternative to ours around the world. Therefore, we should take pride in that and consider our characteristics precious and invaluable. Moreover, because of having faults and sometimes committing mistakes, people have pulled together in many aspects and constructed a well-designed society. So, the intention of removing our shortcomings will urge us to make the opposite trend. That means, no one has a defect, and everyone will be likely to manage by themselves. In that way, we would finally confront the problems of declining the will of cooperation.
