They all mean the same. I have to go and I need to go are the most correct. People do say "I got to go" but it's not really grammatically correct. It should be "I have got to go" but in place of saying this you can simply say, "I have to go."

@Eloas Yes, people do say it. But people talk in daily speech in ways that aren't always grammatically correct. I'm sure this is the same in most languages.
