I understand it – some people might be confused about whether you mean the starting time for meeting, or the finishing time…? So it’s better to not allow any confusion –
What’s the latest possible time we can meet each other? – everybody will understand this as meaning the beginning of the meeting
What’s the latest possible time that we can go until? – Now you are talking about the conclusion of the meeting
