I see why you ask. They sound and look similar, and may have a common origin/root, but they are different.
Grunt = the sounds you make when you lift up something heavy or are doing push-ups.
"He grunted lifted up the sack of potatos. His grunt woke up the farm animals."
To grumble is to complain about something, but your voice is low and it is hard to other people to hear. The person next to you can probably hear it, but the person across the room cannot. "The teacher gave extra homework at the end of the day, and the students grumbled about it as they went down the stairs." It is about unhappiness, but it is not a protest or a challenge.
Let me know if this is clear, I take these questions seriously.

@WiseRichard thank you very much! I understood!
Is there in English any word means an imitation of the animal sounds? Is it correctly to say "I grumble" when i want to pretend a lion or a tiger or something else?

You are welcome, and I am glad it was clear.
We have different words for the different animals. To your question, I think you are looking for growl. For exmple, "I am growling like a lion to scare off the tiger, and I hope it works."
Cats meow in normal conversation. They may growl as a morning. They may hiss when they make the air-like sound that they are angry.
Dogs bark, and may also growl as a warning.
Horses neigh.
Lions, tigers, bears roar.
Elephants trumpet when they lift up their heads and trunks and "let loose."
Wolves howl - their high pitched scream, like at the moon.
Now, the happy sounds of cats, dogs, tigers, wolves, lions, etc. is called purring. They purr, such as when they are sleeping with their young.
Let me know if that makes sense and is clear.
