The only difference is that "I will live my life happy without the love of a woman." is grammatically correct, while "I will live my life happy with out the love of a woman." is not.
"With out" is not a word.
I do think that overall, "I will live my life happily without the love of a woman." sounds more natural though. The adverb "happily" describes how you will live ("live" being the verb) your life better than the adjective "happy."

@hanan202 I'm sorry for the late response.
Thank you so much for your response and your time!
It really helped me, because I was not sure whether it is possible to think the phrase "out the love of" exists in this sentence or not.
I appriciate it!!

aww, thanks a lot for your time while you are very busy! I got it since you explained in details.
I am glad to know that the one of the sentences doesn't make sense.
"with out" should not be next to each other, I got it.
Thank you so much for your help!!!))
