You can say something like this: I'm off-duty today, but my co-worker is in the shop. I'll let them know to drop off your car.

You shouldn't use "gonna" with a customer. It's very informal.
My partner *is going to* give you the car.
My partner will *deliver* the car *to you*
My partner will hand *over* the car.
Is your partner taking the car to the customer, or is the customer going to come to your shop and pick it up?
Customer's house:
My partner will bring the car to you.
My partner will deliver the car to you.
Your shop:
My partner will be available to help you pick up the car.
My partner will be at the shop to hand over the car.

@williwilli
I only said them because I was unsure of your partner's gender. In English we can use them as plural or singular based on the context. You would say "him" instead of "them."
I think there was a bit of misunderstanding on my end–is the customer going to your workplace to pick up the car, or are you bringing the car to them? My previous answer was referring to you bringing the car to them (some businesses do that.)
If they're picking up the car, I recommend this instead:
"I'm off-duty today, but my co-worker is in the shop. Speak to (name) and he'll (get you sorted out/help you out/show you your car)."
A lot of it is based on context and how exactly your work runs.
