"be out on your ear" is an idiom in English(UK), but it is rarely used in English(US).

It is an old term, and not used often anymore. I've never heard "never exit on the ear".

It doesn't sound like it is written correctly, but I have an idea of what I think the author means. There is another idiom, "go in one ear and out the other"
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/go_in_one_ear_an...
It means that a person hears something, but they quickly forget it. Perhaps "never exit on the ear" is a way for the author to say that what he heard did NOT 'go in one ear and out the other'. In other words, he never forgets it.
