Bewildered - extremely shocked, surprised
Dismayed - upset, disappointed
Ex :
"He was bewildered when he found out his dog could talk"
"He was dismayed when he found out his dog could talk"
The first sentence implies he was extremely shocked, and the second sentence means he was upset to realize his dog could talk.

Bewildered/ She was bewildered by his decision, I was completely/utterly bewildered by the complex instructions.
Dismayed/ I was dismayed to find that the clothes did not fit.
