@hy_hi when people say I have found they mean they have discovered or learned something.
ex: I have found that eating a protein-rich breakfast gives me more energy throughout the day.
I have found that good study habits really pay off in terms of improving grades.
I found:
ex: I found some money on the ground today!
I found my diamond ring that I thought I had lost forever.
I found an insect in my cereal box! yuck! 🤢
(occasionally I have found can relate to I found as well:
I have found the article I was looking for.

@hy_hi I can definitely do it in English, I just wanted to make sure you would be able to understand! "I found" and "I have found" mean the same thing. Usually though in colloquial English, the "have" is omitted.
Grammatically, if you're talking about things you did in the past, you'd say
"I have eaten"
"I have bathed"
"I have cleaned my room"
But like I said, natives usually omit the "have" and it would be said like this :
"I ate", "I bathed", "I cleaned". You notice that "eaten" --> "ate" so when you drop the "have", some conjugations change.
Hope that makes sense!

I just realized you might have been asking what the actual meaning of the verb "found" is, in that case, it means to discover/realize something.
"I found my homework from 3 months ago!"
You can also say "found out" when you're reffering to an event, not a noun
"I found out my dad isn't my real dad"
"I found out the dog has been the one eating all the flowers"
