二分目は文法的に成立していますが、少し意味としては言いたいことと異なる気がします。

・Without it = WiFiなしでは（「なければ」というのではなく）
・May I というのは非常に丁寧な言い方ですが、近年使われなくなってきた気がします。非日常感すらある表現になってきたと思います。

流石ですね。いつも素晴らしいご指摘ありがとうございます。この文は、よく日本語で使う表現なのですが、英語ではどう言うのかわからなくて…。
日本語をそのまま訳そうとしたので、without を使ってしまいました。may ではなく、can を考えていたのですが、DeepL で変な日本語になってしまったので変えてみました。If you don’t や、Is it okay if—は私にも使えそうです。ありがとうございました♪

WiFiがある → I/you/we have WiFi
WiFiがない → I/you/we don't have WiFi
あれば → if I/you/we have it (WiFi)
なければ → if I/you/we don't have it (WiFi)
...と表現しますが、一個前の文で have と言っているので、重複してhaveと言わなくても、助動詞にとどめて文脈に任せても分かります。
（つまり、if you don't というのが if you don't have WiFi ということだと、それまでの話で分かります。）
他の言語にないですが、便利な省略方式ですね。

もし時間があればで結構なんですか、一般動詞を繰り返さないために、一般動詞をdoで受けることがありますが(例えば、I should have studied more. See? I told you to do so.) 、否定文のif you don’t のように、肯定文の時If you doと表現するのは一般的ですか？

そうです！とてもよく使います。
ちなみに、余計な説明かもしれませんが、
強調なしで例えば I am American と言うときはamが文の中で一番弱くなります。
…が、疑問に思われていそうなときは、「勘違いしないで！本当だよ！アメリカ人じゃないと思ったら大間違いだよ！」というニュアンスで同じことを言うには、I AM American と、amを逆に強く強調します。
I have been to Korea (I've been と短縮されるくらい、助動詞のhaveが弱い部分になります)
→ I HAVE been to Korea.（本当だよ！）
I can draw cats.（can の発音も/kən/と弱化します）
→ I CAN draw cats.（本当だよ！）
それで、元々助動詞がないところにdoを使うようになってきたので、
I have WiFi.
→I DO have WiFi.
となります。
その習慣が定着するまでは、実はシェイクスピアの時代には
Hast thou WiFi?（thou = 当時存在した単数の「あなた」、hast = thou に対するhaveの活用形）
…という風に質問していたんです。
（更なる例文: What say you?・ Maketh he shoes? など）
本題の強調した形の表現で問答するのが、あれから流行ってきました。
A: Do you have WiFi?
B: I DO have WiFi. → I DO.
A: Okay. Well, if you do, then I would like to use it.

日本の英語教育では、こんな時にもdoが使えるか？など、細かい質問ができませんでした。もしかしたら当時の先生も知らなかったのかもしれませんが…
