(I wasn't sure what you meant by "higher" article so I didn't know if that was something I should change.
also I wasn't sure if you meant articles 1, 2 or 3 rather than 1, 2 and 3. the way I have left it it means ALL 3 articles would have to be violated for the servant not to make the safety of the owner or the owner's family his top priority)

@Kfan123 people should
behave/act based on this principle
In the above sentence, which word is better? behave or act?
-
what I meant by "higher article" was that the article that prevails over another article. So, if there is a conflict between 2 articles, whichever prevails over the other should be chosen to be applied. I don't know the exact word for that so I just wrote like that. Maybe superior article?
-
And yes, it's Article 1,2 AND 3.
The servant will be punished if he violates ALL 3 articles.

@lovelystar act is best. you need to replace that word higher to indicate what article is the one that would prevail.

@Kfan123 If I can, I would love to do that. But unfortunately, it's not specified, so I have no choice but to find a word for that.
-
Or....
"If there arise any conflicts
between two or more articles of the law,
people should act based on the article
that prevails over the other."
how about this?
