Question about English (US)

‎Basically, students enter school after they are informed of school rules, educational policy and so on.
If a school fails to let their students know such things, the school is to blame.
However, in cases where suitable process is taken and students are admitted, they have to follow its school rules.

Does my passage grammatically make sense??😊😂
If not, could you please correct it??😉😭
