What does "bathroom amenities" mean here? Is it the items that are used in the bathroom, such as: soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels, etc.?

"One of these old/new houses had been built nearly three decades earlier but had undergone significant renovation. Walls had been torn down so rooms could be widened and reconfigured. The living areas were fresh, modern, and all Joanna Gaines-like. Kitchen appliances were state-of-the-art. The bathroom amenities had never been used. The whole place looked brand-spanking-new … on the inside."

Hmm I think it's the actual bathroom features, like the bathtub, the toilet, the shower etc. that they're referring to. Amenities is a very non-descript word though, so I understand your confusion.
