It sounds great. Here are a few suggestions to tighten it up.
Might want to use "when" Instead of "while"
Use a colon : after the word "job" instead of a common to signify this is a list. Then use 1), 2), 3) for each point you are making.
Delete "the first is" so the sentence starts with 1) "The abilty..."
Change "the ability of analysis of problems" to "the ability to analyze problems"
Delete "the second is" so it starts with 2) "The ability to build relationships with many people..."
Delete "the third is" so it starts with 3) "The ability to read..."
"These abilities are critical for doing your job effectively and also helpful when facing problems in your personal life."
