@xrplem vähärasvainen is what you’d use to describe something low in fat but another term you’ll see on products a lot is kevyt (light) to indicate it’s low on fat, ex. low fat milk is called kevytmaito

I'd say "rasvaton liha" for "lean meat. "Laiha" means skinny, and you'd say that for people or living animals. It doesn't only refer to being low in fat, but it often also means having little muscle.
