Question about English (US)
Could you please help me with my writing?🌸🍀🌸
I’d like to make them sound as casual and natural as possible !!
How would you say this?
You can totally rephrase the sentence is if you want!!
1.I hung out with June. I learned a lot from him. The biggest takeaway from his lesson is helping other people, for instance, if I make $100 I should spend at least 10% to help other people. Actually I’ve never done that before but I’m going to try it.
2.My dad told me, ‘don’t hang out with him anymore, especially just the two of us’ I can see what his point is. Because there are still some questionable things about him. But I shouldn’t have told my parents about him. I know they love me and they just try to protect me but I’m not going to share my story with them anymore because they are too protective and it’s annoying.
