And “at all”here also confuses me a lot. I checked the dictionary and it says “at all” is used in negative sentences and questions. Why it is used in a positive sentence here?

@esperanzalee "indeed" is used here to infer that the speaker is agreeing with a concept or statement.
it's one of those expressions that, if removed, would not change the meaning of the sentence. it only adds a conversational style to the quote.
