What does Why is there a feminine/pl article "die" after " du gibst" in the following phrase? It doesn't seem to agree with any nouns.

"Du gibst die einen Teil von den Nudeln in eine Form, dann legst du Käse darauf und dann wieder dasselbe nur mit den Tomaten."
mean?
