Wag is usually used to describe a dog’s tail.
The dog wagged his tail while playing.
Wag can also be used to describe the motion of one’s finger.
He wagged his finger at the team distastefully.
Wiggle can refer to any quick back and forth or up and down movement.
The doctor asked the patient to wiggle her toes.
The children wiggles around with glee.
Note that other than the medical use of the term, wiggle is often considered a bit of a silly word.
Waggle means something similar to wiggle, but I’ve never heard anyone use this word in everyday language.
