Well, according to me, these all are imperative sentences(which consist of. order or command, etc), like you're ordering. These mostly sound a bit harsh or rude, so I would suggest that you use interrogative sentences, like "Can you speak slowly?" <- This would sound polite.

Also, adding "please" makes it more polite, "Can you PLEASE speak slowly?"
