@allears Jet lag is when your sleep pattern is disturbed after a flight. I've heard it only happens when you cross 2+ time zones, but I've also heard people use it when they're exhausted after a short flight.
I think if it interrupts your sleep, like a night flight, even if it's short, you can experience jet lag

Yes, you can experience jet lag after only one flight. As long as it was a very long flight, especially one that crossed more than one time zone.

@allears you know circadian rhythm, your body's natural clock? When you travel, it can mess up the clock/rhythm. Your body is used to times. When the time zone shifts, your brain can get confused, dizzy, tired, nauseous, etc
