@ysneaky Some churches have services on other days to accommodate people’s schedules. When I went to church they had 3 on Sunday (early morning, late morning and evening) and they also had a smaller service Wednesday night. But I went to a church with a lot of people, most churches only hold service Sunday morning.

If you go on vacation it depends on the family. My family would sometimes try to find a religious service on television (when I was young some big churches had their services on television) in our hotel room but usually we would just enjoyed the vacation and went back to church the Sunday after we returned from our trip. Some families I know would bring a Bible or a book called a “devotional” that had religious topics that the family could talk about together so that the family could have kind of a small service together.
