"Worth" needs a "what" in this case in English.
I don't see anything worth seeing.
I don't see anything worth talking about.
I don't see anything worth arguing over.

No, unfortunately. In English you need that "to do" verb in there in this case. "I do not see anything worthwhile." Or, use the contraction, "I don't..."

Hmmm. They all are fine. I think we’d sometimes omit the “the” when using a phrase like any of those.
I enjoy being alone in absolute darkness.
A more common sentence might be:
I enjoy being alone in the dark.

@cudzoo
Worthwhile = good and important enough to spend time, effort, or money on.
That trip was very worthwhile!
I don't see anything worthwhile ❌. An experience can be worthwhile but an object cannot
I don't see anything worth it ✅
I don’t see anything worth the money is the way I’d say it.

@cudzoo One thing most people don’t know about me is that or

One thing that most people don’t know about me is that

Yeah, I don’t agree with that. To me, anyway.
“Worthwhile” is an adjective that means “worth the time”.
“I don’t see anything worthwhile.” Is totally fine.
“I don’t see anything” does not require that you’re speaking about an object incapable of being worthwhile.
“I don’t see anything worthwhile on her list of activities.”
“I don’t see anything worthwhile.”
Both correct.

And I’d only use one “that” in your other example.
One thing that most people don’t know about me is I like to sing.
