It depends. If you are going to ask this during an interview (which I am assuming is a freelance gig or a WFH gig as a Content Creator), this doesn't sound as natural.
Are you asking who is your target audience if you were given the job? Or have both parties been introduced to the target audience already prior to this question?
If you don't know yet, then:
"Who would be the target audience for my content?"
would sound natural.
