To me, she sounds 90% American. There are features of her speech that give her away, such as the length of certain words, and the way she pronounces T at the end of words, for example. In other words, you know right away that she’s not a Native American speaker, but she has achieved an excellent accent and prosody.

It's really UNIQUE that only native speakers are able to recognize slight accents.

His English is exceptional, be he does have a detectable accent. I'd say he sounds 90% native. His intonation and the length of some of his words aren't native. For instance, he says [phrásal_verbs] stressing "phrasal" and making the word "verb" kind of short and unstressed. We say [phrà:sal vé:rbs] stressing both words, and lengthening the stressed syllables. https://voca.ro/1dX7oeyH0Kev And that's just one example. But all in all, he has an excellent pronunciation, but his prosody isn't always native.

Since you speak Russian, may I ask another question please?
There are situations where we use ''Я бы попросила ...''
Here is an example, I had a student for Russian today.
(He speaks English and wants to learn Russian)

At some point of the class, our manager came in (it's a private school) and started filming our lesson, / making a video with his phone.
(He just likes posting some videos on the school page like an advertisement.)

I said, Я бы попросила не снимать видео.
