It is perfectly natural, but it's mostly used after you receive instructions or advice:
A: "The streets are really slippery today, so be careful driving."
B: "OK, noted."
But I suggest that you should not use it all the time, your listeners will become a little annoyed. A more natural response is "OK, got it."
I hope this is helpful!

那“noted with thanks”或者“received with thanks”正确吗,因为我身边的人都在频繁使用这些句子.

@babykk They are both correct, but they sound very, very formal! They would be very common when replying to something through email.

@babykk You're very welcome, I'm happy to help!
Please remember that it is perfectly correct and natural to say "OK, noted.", and it means "OK, I understand and I will remember it next time." It's difficult to explain, but if native speakers hear somebody ALWAYS saying "OK, noted.", it begins to sound annoying.
I hope this isn't confusing!

Totally understand ~ I’ll say “ok, got it” instead of “ok, noted” sometimes. Can I know what’s the difference between “got it” and “get it”? I’m not sure about this so I always say “noted”😂
- English (US)
@babykk You have to be a little bit careful. If you say "OK, I got it." or "OK, got it.", it sounds like you are saying that you now understand, and you will remember it. If you say "OK, I get it." it just sounds like you are saying that you now understand. "OK, I get it." is actually more correct grammatically! BUT, you cannot say "OK, get it." - this doesn't make sense, and sounds incorrect.
Here are all of them with a definition:
"OK, noted." = "OK, I got it." = "OK, got it." - this means "I now understand, and I'll remember it."
"OK, I get it." - this means "I now understand."
This is a little confusing, it's casual English grammar, if you understand you are doing very well!

@babykk May I say one more thing? If you are asking somebody if they understand, you can use any of these:
1) "Do you understand?"
2) "Do you get it?"
3) "Understand?"
4) "Get it?"
5) "Got it?"
The only difference is that 1), 2) and 3) are polite, 4) and 5) are not very polite.
