Willing => Expressing desire to do something/ expressing that you WANT TO do something.
Able to => Expressing the ABILITY to do something. You may think of this as similar to "CAN" (as in, "Puedo hacerlo")
Example:
WILLING
English example: "I am willing to do what to do whatever it takes."
Spanish Example: "Estoy dispuesto a aprender lo que sea necesario."
ABLE TO
English example: "For the first time, I am able to speak in full sentences"
Spanish example: "Por primera vez, soy capaz de hablar con oraciones completas"
