Does this sound natural?
“Every time your heart is broken, a doorway cracks open to a world full of new beginnings, new opportunities. Never regret yesterday. Life is in your today, and you make your tomorrow.”

it sounds a little bit unnatural, you sound like a wise old man who tries to give advice, but that is fine since advices sound like that. Also sounds like if you watched the dub version of a japanese anime

@prprpriyaprpr I’m not going to say it anyway, but it is important for me to know how to change it. Can you help me change it so that it is more correct and natural?

@branduhn it is fine in that way because all advices and provervs sound like that, they are meant to sound a bit unnatural, so they emphasize on how wise they are. So, don't worry.

only a few words.
in "new beginnings, new oportunities" you could change the comma for "and" so it sounds a little bit better. but in "Life is in your today, and you make your tomorrow" you can delete "and" so it sounds better.
QUICK TIP:
you can remember for what to check in your writting, if you use the acronym C.U.P.S. and A.R.M.S.(they teach us this in English class of US)
C.----->capitalization
U.----->usage of words
P.------>punctuation
S.------>spelling
A.----->Add(words or sentence)
R.----->Revise(does it makes sence?)
M.---->move(move a sentence or word if it sounds better in a different place)
S.----->substitute( change a word for a word that has a more SPECIFIC meaning)
I Hope this helps you for a future reference!:D and feel free to ask more about literary devices on how to improve your writting

“Life is in your today” doesn’t sound quite right. Other than that it’s fine. Where did you find this?

@prprpriyaprpr @Ivan_Karamazov Thank you both. That sentence is from my Chinese friend. 😂 I think it sounds unnatural so I posted here for you guys to correct it.

How inspirational. Maybe change “life is in your today” to something like, “life exists today, in the here and now,...”. It sounds totally natural and sappy.
