@nooooontan My opinion is that, Yes, it is unnatural. It is grammatically correct, but is not at all the way a person would normally speak. You are correct to say ‘out’ is not necessary when using the word ‘spill’. Spill insinuates that the liquid is coming out of whatever vessel it is supposed to be in.
I hope that helps!

"I spilled coffee on this page" means that you accidentally spilled some coffee on a page, leaving a mark or stain on it.
"I spilled out coffee on this page" is not a commonly used phrase, but if interpreted in the same context, it might mean that you emptied or poured out a cup of coffee onto the page.
Example sentences:
I was reading my book while holding a cup of coffee, and suddenly I spilled coffee on this page.
I was trying to clean up my desk, but in the process, I spilled out coffee on this page and ruined it.

No, this sentence is grammatically correct, but "spilled" is more commonly used to refer to accidentally spilling a liquid like coffee, whereas "poured" would be more appropriate if the speaker intentionally poured the coffee. However, the sentence "I spilled out coffee on this page" is understandable in the context of an accidental spill.
