Question about English (US)
I select of people who want to meet in person carefully. So I don't meet eveyone that I met online. What I do is that make sure whether she's ok or not before meeting.
Is this natural? If it sounds unnatural or grammatically wrong, please let me know😊

I select people who I want to meet in person carefully, so I don't meet everyone I met online. I also make sure whether or not she's okay before meeting.
Are you specifically talking about one friend? You specified 'she', which would be correct if you mean a specific someone, but it feels kind of random because the sentence starts off talking about friends in general and then it became specific.
If not specific; I also make sure whether or not they're okay before meeting.

If not specific; I also make sure whether or not they're okay before meeting up.
