to my knowledge, "soon" is often use in Present Simple or Simple Future, but first sample it was use with Present perfect tense. Can you explain it to me? thank you^^

'We' refers to a group of people talking to someone outside of the situation. Like, you and a group of friends talking to your aunt. "We have exams coming up soon, aunt." she is not in the situation, so she is not referred.
'I' refers to you alone. Again, imagine you are talking to a friend. If your friend doesn't have exams that same day, then you would say I.
