She woke up and saw a video online.
This is like saying you woke up to an alarm clock.
I woke up to sounds of children playing.
I woke up to my favorite radio show.

If it was "with somebody in a video" it sounds like she's also in the video with that person, which doesn't make sense.
"Waking up to" something usually means that was the first thing you saw when you woke up.
So when Lizzo "woke up this morning to somebody in a video" she means that she watched the video in the morning.
