"Tsubomiās got a nice personality, doesn't she?" is grammatically correct, however "Tsubomiās got a nice personality haven't she?" is an incorrect use of the word, "haven't"

"She has been to Hokkaido, doesn't she?" Is somewhat understandable, but very unnatural. Hasn't/Doesn't are interchangeable only if the verb refers to possession.
