"with study" gives that feel that studying is what gives you that motivation.
"to study" means you already have the motivation to study/something else gave you the motivation to study, not exactly the studying itself (it can be used that way, though; "The more I study gives me the higher motivation to study/the more I study, the more higher motivation I get to study)
