Hi, I want to know why when you say I will definitely work here. you say definitely after I will but in negative form you say I definitely won't work here. and you use definitely before won't? what is the Grammer point here?

It’s because you are using the contraction “won’t”. When we use “definitely” or “probably” or “certainly” - The “not” goes with the “work”. “Work” or “Not work.”
You can reverse the word order with the “will” in either case.
I will definitely work here.
I definitely will work here.
Same for the negative, just not “not”.
I will definitely not work here.
I definitely will not work here.
If you use the contraction “won’t”, then your only choice is after.
I definitely won’t work here.
