@syuhei_1123 So close! “It is hard to remember unfamiliar names.” “Name” has to be plural, because you’re saying it’s hard for you to remember unfamiliar names in general, and not referring to a specific name in this statement. Otherwise, great job.😊
If you wanted to say directly to someone it’s hard to remember THEIR name (or some other person’s name), it would be more natural and clear to say, “It’s hard to remember your name/their name because I’m unfamiliar with it.”

It would have to be "It is hard to remember an unfamiliar name." or "It is hard to remember unfamiliar names." But other than that it's OK.

It is a little unnatural.
There are two ways to correct it. The first, make "name" plural.
Example:
"It is hard to remember unfamiliar names."
The second way is to add the article "an" before "unfamiliar."
Example:
"It is hard to remember an unfamiliar name."
