Question about English (US)
"suggest to go" vs "suggest going"
So apparently "suggest" is one of the few verbs that need a gerund.
Someone suggested to go for a walk. (X)
Someone suggested going for a walk. (O)
Then, are these all wrong sentences?
I suggest to vote.
I suggest to call.
I suggest to send cash.
I suggest to take class.
Someone suggested to meet Ms Rekha before leaving the Mumbai.

You could say:
"I suggest that you vote" or "I would suggest voting." It would be understandable but incorrect to use the infinitive here though.

Yes, those sentences are incorrect.
You can also use "that":
I suggest that we vote.
I suggest that you call.
I suggest that you send cash.
I suggest that we take a class.
I suggest that we go for a walk.

Yes, they are a little unnatural.
I would reword them like this:
“I suggest that you vote.”
“I suggest you try calling.”
“Someone suggested that I meet…”
“Someone suggested meeting…”

Yeah, all the sentences are incorrect. "To suggest" needs an -ing form or a that clause. Or a subjunctive:
