Question about English (US)

"suggest to go" vs "suggest going"

So apparently "suggest" is one of the few verbs that need a gerund.

Someone suggested to go for a walk. (X)
Someone suggested going for a walk. (O)

Then, are these all wrong sentences?

I suggest to vote.
I suggest to call.
I suggest to send cash.
I suggest to take class.

Someone suggested to meet Ms Rekha before leaving the Mumbai.
