In this video, the police car (actually a robot) responded to the orange crane truck (another robot): "Well, Smokescreen, after days and months of endless combat, sometimes we can all lose sight of what we’re battling for in the first place." since 5:20:

What does he mean by "we can all lose sight of what we're battling for in the first place"?

It means that we all have the ability to forget the reason as to why we're doing something.
For example, an entrepreneur can start up a business with the intent of helping the community, but then, once he gets more and more wealthy, he'll start hurting the community and only helping himself.

@LexiRae12 So i guess i can describe it "Well, after days and months of andless combat, sometimes we should relax and temporally forget about the difficult we had in the battles"?

@DangYeonSim Not quite. It's more like "After days and months of endless combat, sometimes we can all forget why we started this battle." Whoever is speaking is comforting the other guy by saying "we all do this", so that he won't feel left out. But what he's saying is that, over time, people are able to forget why they're fighting in the first place when they could be at home not fighting at all, or fighting for a completely different cause

@LexiRae12 The last question, the kid said "Hey, you guys! Quit your yapping and come in! The water’s great!" with those robots (car and truck) since 5:41 and said "Hey, you’re giving me a wedgie!" since 5:56 in the same this video:

@DangYeonSim "Quit your yapping" is an expression that means "Stop talking".
The "water is great" means exactly what is says in this situation. As they are in the water, they're trying to convince the other's to get in as well, so they say that the water is great in hopes of convincing them to get in.
Giving someone a wedgie means somehow causing someone's underwear to uncomfortably tighten between their butt.
