"Je suis" est la forme correcte et classique, mais "J'suis" est la forme utilisée pour raccourcir, elle est très souvent utilisée à l'oral mais il est recommandé de ne pas l'utiliser avec des personnes importantes comme un patron.

"je suis" est comment tu dois l'écrire normalement (au niveau académique et professionnelle, ou avec des personnes avec qui on parle avec un niveau de language qui n'est pas familier)
"j'suis" ou "jsuis" est comment on l'écrit par message, SMS, sur internet et c'est surtout comment la plupart des français prononce ces deux mots ensemble surtout dans un contexte où on parle avec un niveau de langue familier
