It's a bit hard to explain, and they're all similar. But, there's small differences, so I'll try to give example sentences.
"The homework is very hard, but eventually I'll get it done" →
Meaning; "even though it's hard, you'll still get it done/even though it's hard, it the homework will get done some time".
It kind of has a meaning of; "Even though it's hard, it will soon get done".
So, it kind of has a meaning of "soon".
That's one way "eventually" can be used.
More example sentences;
"The class is very long. But eventually, it will end" →
"Even though the class is very long, it will be end/it will end some time/it will end soon".
"It might be hard to learn English, but eventually you will be very good at speaking" →
"Even though it might be hard to learn, you will still get good/someday, you'll be good/you will soon be good"
Summary; It has that feeling of "someday, some time, soon + even though"
Finally can be used to mean; after a long time, something got done/finished/over.
Example sentences;
"It took a very long time to do my homework, but finally I got it done" → "It took a long time to do my homework, but now, after a long time, it is done/finished
"Class was very long. But finally, it's over" → "It took a long time for class to be over, but now, after a long time, it is finished/over".
"I waited a long time in line. But finally, it's my turn" → "I waited a long time in line, but now, after a long time, it is my turn."
In the end is the same as; "eventually".
"The homework is very hard, but eventually I'll get it done" + "The work is very hard, but in the end I'll get it done" ✅ both are correct.
"In the end" can be used in this way, as well;
"We talked about what we would like to do tomorrow. In the end, we decided to go to the park" → "We talked about what we would like to do tomorrow, then the result was that we decided to go to the park"
"It took a long time for the store to be open. But in the end, the store opened" → similar meaning to "finally"
I hope I helped you!
