If you use “might” it sounds like you’re more likely to do something (considering doing something), whereas “could” just means that you have the ability to do something.
Example: “I might go to the movies today.”- I’m thinking about going to the movies. It’s not 100% confirmed, but there’s a good chance I’ll go.
“I could go to the movies today.” I am able to go to the movies today, but I’m just presenting the idea, there is no commitment to go and I may or may not end up going. (50/50 or less chance I’ll go).
