I met up with some of my friends yesterday and went to an espresso bar together.
I happened to drink three cups of espresso, so I couldn’t sleep well enough last night. (or ‘I ended up not sleeping well enough’?)
I’m so tired now. I don’t think I would ever have three cups of espresso ever again. Only one cup is enough for me.

Instead of saying “only one cup is enough for me” you could just say “one cup is enough for me”, and instead of saying “I don’t think I would ever have three cups of espresso ever again”, you can say “I don’t think I will ever have three cups of espresso again” (you can also say “I don’t think I’ll have three cups of espresso ever again, both sentences mean the same thing) anyway, for the most part everything is fine.
