“Retrieve your archived emails” implies the other person will be able to get them. The person asking sounds like they are assuming the other person will be able to locate and retrieve them without much trouble.
“Recover your archived emails” could indicate that the person asking assumes they were lost or unavailable.
Either can be used, but “recover” typically implies something was once lost.
An example is if your computer breaks. Someone might say “you’ll need to try to recover your files.” It is assumed because the computer broke, the files may be lost.

Recover is to “find again”. Recover can also mean “get better” when someone is sick.
