I learned in school that you use 〜てくれる when someone “gives” you an action and you feel somewhat grateful.
アナさんが手伝ってくれました。
In my head it is quite polite and expresses gratitude, but what if I use the 命令形? Does it become something rude?

You had better say "話してくださいよ / 見てください" instead of "話してくれよ" or "見てくれ". Now it doesn't sound rude.
