The kid said "Hey, you guys! Quit your yapping and come in! The water’s great!" with those robots (car and truck) since 5:41 and said "Hey, you’re giving me a wedgie!" since 5:56 in the same this video:

@DangYeonSim "quit your yapping" is a silly way of saying stop talking, and "water's great" usually means the water is a good temperature and they are asking you to join them

@pomjoep The last question, i won't bother you more after this one. Also in the same this video, the kid said "Refreshing" after got a "wedgie" at 6:11, and since 6:18, the crane truck (actually a robot) asked the other kid "And you can catch a fish like that?" and then the kid said "Maybe they’re just not running today.":

Does "Refreshing" mean "feel so fresh and cheery"? And does "And you can catch a fish like that mean "You can catch fish by that way / method?"
The kid said "Maybe they're just not running today", he mean the dam or something?

@DangYeonSim refresh is similar to reset, it's kind of like saying it makes your problems go away (in a non-literal way) but your explanation also works I'm just giving a more literal definition.
And for "Maybe they're just not running today" he just means he can't catch any fish, it's not a common saying as far as I know but as a native speaker it sounds totally normal. Think of it as replacing swim with run.

@DangYeonSim anytime, and one thing I forgot to say, refresh is the same word we use for hitting ctrl+r on a keyboard, just think of it like doing that to yourself!
