@shalomAti stressed out is definitely more popular but both would be correct! Speaking of correct, all of your examples are correct EXCEPT the wording of 4 and 5. 4 should be written as “ how do I release stress?” 5 should be rewritten as “what should I do when I’m stressed/stressed out?” Great job dude!

@shalomAti to stress the importance of- something that is VERY important and the importance of said thing must be made known. Example: I did not go into detail on the phone but stressed the importance of what we needed to talk about.

@shalomAti to stress out means to cause someone to experience emotional stress, especially by being a repeated source of it or to be experiencing a lot of stresss.
Example: You're really stressing me out by bringing up this topic over and over again.
