Urine is just another word for pee. So, you should just say "I pee" and yes, the past version would be "peed".

What context are you using this phrase? With friends? With your doctor? At work?
Peeing is a personal act, so you would tend to use different language depending on how formal the conversation is.
To a doctor: I urinate several times a day with no difficulty.
To a friend at the bar: I’ll be right back. I have to take a leak.
At work: excuse me, I have to run to the restroom before the next meeting.
Or: I think it’s time for a bio break. Everyone take 10.
Casual: The dog peed on the bush.

@ose050626 No, no, it's also used for humans. Urine is just a more formal way of saying pee, a word you would use with your doctor if you're having problems with peeing or something like that. Other than that, you can use pee in casual settings

@ose050626, @minsongsingsong is right! I was just using an additional example.
The word per is casual. You can use this word for people or animals.
But it’s not really a formal or polite word.
You wouldn’t interrupt a meeting to say, I have to pee. You’d say I need to excuse myself for a moment. Or, I need a quick restroom break.
But hanging out with friends you might say: sorry… I have to pee. I’ll be right back.
