都一样,但硬要分的话 ”今日は天気が良くて...” 好一点。

「天気が良く」です。できれば「天気が良いので」に。
「て(※)」の前後は、
「天気が良くて温度が高い。」・・・形容詞→形容詞
「電車が遅れて遅刻した。」・・・動詞→動詞
とするのが自然です。
※ 接続助詞と言われていますが、
形容詞の連用形(「~く」)+動詞「ある」+「て」→「~くあって」→「~くて」
いわゆるテ形です。
追伸
「どちらは」→「どちらが」です。
