Question about English (US)
What's the slight difference between 1 and 2 and 3? Also how do native speakers use them differently?
1 I haven't been able to watch much TV recently.
Neither have I.
2 I haven't been able to watch much TV recently.
I have either.
3 I haven't been able to watch much TV recently.
Same here.

Number one makes the most sense but number three also works and number two does not make sense.
Number one is more formal so it would be something you would use with a boss, manager, or in an essay.
Number three is less formal and it would be something you use with your family and friend and such.
Number two does not make sense although if you changed it too “I haven’t either” then it would make more sense.
Hope this helped! 😊

Yes!" I wanted to say "I haven't either". To whom or what kind of situation should I use that?
