No intriguing means interesting in a way. I’m not sure if I can think of a word that fits your description.

English is such a big language there very well might be, but not one I know. There are words for not giving away information but I can’t think of any that imply an intent to say it later. But maybe the sentence you’re looking for is something like “why are you keeping things from me?”
